What You'll Do:
- Define architecture and operational standards for Refinery as a Service and Honeycomb Private Cloud across AWS.
- Serve as the final technical escalation point for the most complex customer situations, resolving deep infrastructure issues.
- Lead open source strategy in the OpenTelemetry ecosystem and mentor engineers.
What We're Looking For:
- 9+ years in engineering, SRE, or infrastructure with staff-level impact.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
- Strong command of OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
