Procurement Manager

Contracts & Deal Execution:

• Personally redline and negotiate every new contract from verbal commit to signed MSA, working from standard terms and knowing when to hold firm or concede.
• Own all supporting deal paperwork including Service Orders, DPAs, and BAAs, and serve as the day-to-day contact for prospect legal and procurement counterparts.
• Track down necessary information from any department to keep deals moving, and keep deal records clean in HubSpot.

Renewals:

• Own the full renewal paperwork cycle across 200+ clients, coordinating with Customer Success on timing, pricing, and term changes.
• Track the renewal calendar yourself to ensure nothing slips past its deadline, and file fully executed agreements accurately in HubSpot.
• Manage new logos, upsells, and renewals all through your workflow, with no system-building required.

Pace & Availability:

• Flex with uneven deal volume—some weeks quiet, some weeks a dozen contracts moving at once—including working long hours when deadlines require it.
• Be judged on throughput and accuracy, not on process design; this is a hands-on execution role.
