Contracts Negotiator II

About the Role:

• Support contract negotiation and lifecycle activities by applying analysis and judgment within established policies.
• Draft, revise, and manage contract language and redlines within defined parameters.
• Monitor contract milestones and provide status updates using reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate contracts using approved templates and clause libraries.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information and support contract alignment.
• Maintain accurate contract records and prepare summaries for internal use.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in related role with ability to review and interpret contract language.
• University degree preferred; familiarity with contract lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting legal or commercial contracting activities.
