Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve our onboarding experience end-to-end, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed.
- Own and continuously refine key company processes, including offboarding, leave tracking and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update personnel policies and documentation to stay compliant with employment laws.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Take over our visa and immigration process, working closely with external counsel and internal team members.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our culture and company-wide events.
- Translate insights from team member feedback into action, driving initiatives that reflect our values.
Qualifications:
- A hands-on builder who’s excited to create structure from scratch and make things better.
- Passionate about people and process and care about the details and how they impact someone’s experience.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, especially in an in-person and remote culture.
