Sage is growing, and so is the complexity of the work behind the scenes, and theyβre looking for a Support Specialist to join their team and help shape how support operates. This role goes beyond triaging tickets, and youβll be the central connection between users, internal teams, and the systems that keep us running smoothly.
Responsibilities include providing timely responses to inbound tickets, triaging both customer-facing and internal issues, and supporting scheduled on-call coverage. You will also help centralize support requests, document relevant details, and build workflows in Zendesk. This role requires someone who sees value in bringing order to complex environments and is curious about leveraging tools effectively.
