Role:
- Lead Client Services strategy and teams, reporting to Head of Operations.
- Partner with Sales on complex pre-sale solution design.
Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sale journey, risk, and escalation for strategic accounts.
- Develop standards, playbooks, and systems for service delivery.
- Drive rebooking, expansion, and unit economics targets.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B services or L&D.
- 5+ years managing teams.
- Expertise in solutioning and cross-functional leadership.
