Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our enterprise sales team in hunting new logo business. This role involves initiating relationships with prospects in the P&C carrier and Insurtech market. You will proactively generate new logo qualified leads by cold-calling and cold-emailing targeted prospects using Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Responsibilities include setting meetings between prospective clients and Enterprise AEs, understanding buyer personas and needs, writing and adapting email scripts, updating insights in Salesforce, and brainstorming with sales and marketing. Up to 10% domestic overnight travel is required.
