As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to Illumio’s sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting responsibilities. You will own account-based prospecting activities in your assigned region and deliver qualified introductory meetings with key decisions that ultimately lead to meaningful pipeline and revenue for the company.
You will be the first face that our HR and L&D personas see at 360Learning. You will qualify and convert MQLs across all industries in the Mid-Market segment to generate pipeline for the sales team, while dedicating a smaller portion of your time to proactively sourcing opportunities through targeted outbound efforts to expand our reach and impact.
