As Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for performing welcome calls and conducting the setup process with new merchants. You will provide orientation to Xplor Pay support sites after the onboarding process and guide customers in logging into the online merchant portal reporting tool. Additionally, you will educate merchants on PCI compliance and train them on utilizing the Xplor Pay Virtual Terminal. Troubleshooting and configuring credit card terminals will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams will be necessary to resolve merchant issues and proactively maintain open communication. This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
