Job Functions:
- Be the primary point of contact for selected clients.
- Monitor and manage contract performance.
- Achieve client retention targets and receive high customer satisfaction survey results.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous working experience in a customer care representative or administrative role.
- Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 (Preferred).
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when necessary.
