This is an exciting opportunity to bring your deep technical, engineering, and design expertise together with strong recruiting skills to help shape a sustainable, people-focused talent strategy. What You’ll Do: Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from intake through offer, across a range of corporate, professional, and manufacturing functions. Manage a dynamic requisition load of 20–30 roles simultaneously. Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, align recruiting strategies. Act as a utility player, seamlessly jumping between technical, sales, and marketing roles as business needs evolve. Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement initiatives.
