Job Description
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree preferred, preferably in business or communications
- Previous experience in a support or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Provide support, training, product knowledge, and account reviews to clients
- Manage retention efforts for at-risk clients
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in Salesforce and internal systems
Compensation:
- New hires: $50-55K
- Bonus: 25% of base salary OTE
