Job Description
You will be be the hands-on Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow and/or Workday connectors powering an enterprise AI agent platform. You’ll guide customers from setup to production, unblock complex integration issues, and coach internal SMEs. You will also feed real-world feedback to engineering to improve connector reliability, performance, and features.
Responsibilities include leading deployment and configuration of ServiceNow/Workday connectors(auth, scopes, data models, actions, webhooks/polling), translating HR/IT/Facilities use cases into scalable connector solutions. Troubleshoot escalations end-to-end and optimize performance and resilience. Deliver customer workshops, hands-on enablement, and reusable guidance and partner with engineering/product to influence roadmap. Support onboarding of AI agents in complex enterprise environments and maintain security and compliance standards.
