Job Description
The Senior Manager of Operations will manage the budget for the assessment content team and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will drive continuous process improvement initiatives, using data to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions. You will build, coach, and inspire an operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and AI-first thinking. This role requires you to be a key liaison between the operations team and other departments. You should be able to identify, track, and resolve operational issues and risks. Also be able to deliver executive-facing communications and create presentations to inform strategic business decisions.
