Job Description
Client Delivery:
- Serve as the primary client contact for engagement delivery.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance client business outcomes.
HR & People Operations Support:
- Support the development of modernized people solutions for HR/People teams.
- Use human-centric design thinking approach to build client deliverables.
- Optimize HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Leadership & Mentorship:
- Mentor Managers, Sr. Associates, and Associates.
- Partner with the Principal to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrate livingHR’s value as a long-term partner.
