Senior Director of Solutions Engineering

As the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at Greenlite AI, you’ll build and lead our Solutions Engineering function from the ground up—while remaining deeply hands-on. You’ll partner with global banks, regional institutions, and fintechs to fight financial crime at scale through the power of agentic AI. This is a founding go-to-market leadership role, where you’ll define how Greenlite turns complex compliance and risk challenges into tangible value for customers. You’ll architect solutions, run discovery, lead executive demos, and close technical deals—all while creating the frameworks, playbooks, and culture that will scale a world-class Solutions Engineering organization. You’ll report directly to our COO and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape Greenlite’s go-to-market motion and influence the product roadmap.
