Senior Physical Damage Adjuster

About the Role:

• You will work closely with HDVI's Claims and Fleet Services Teams.
• You will provide claim resolution and tactical guidance to internal and external customers.
• You will manage complex and high-severity commercial auto and cargo claims from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Independently investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve physical damage and cargo claims.
• Manage total-loss, salvage, subrogation, and recovery activities.
• Develop claim action plans and coordinate specialized external resources.

What You Have:

• 5+ years of auto physical damage claims experience with commercial trucking preferred.
• Active Adjuster's License and ability to obtain all required state licenses.
• Strong knowledge of commercial auto coverage, heavy-truck repair, cargo claims, and recovery.
