Role Overview:
- StarRez is seeking a Project Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive project success.
- You will manage customer relationships, provide product training, and collaborate on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging product training that enables customers to adopt StarRez solutions.
- Partner with customers in an Outsourced Resource capacity for operational support.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established escalation procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Higher Education Housing or Residence Life operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a StarRez Power User with strong functional knowledge.
- Experience with Student Information Systems such as Banner or PeopleSoft.
