Job Description
Our Account Executives are continually pushing the boundaries of performance to keep up with the demand for Deel's services. They make a high volume of sales presentations, work to achieve maximum account penetration and sales within an assigned SMB territory, and manage inbound demo queue while maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails & social selling. Mastering qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies is crucial, as is maintaining accurate SFDC data. The role involves providing feedback on market opportunities and trends, attending industry events, and leveraging partnerships & marketing content.
Some key qualifications include consultative selling, discovery, storytelling, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of quota-carrying and closing experience in high volume, high velocity B2B SaaS. They should be self-motivated, success-driven, and enthusiastic about technology.
