Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with founders, executives, investors, and advisors.
- Develop acquisition theses and corresponding market analyses.
- Lead business case development for potential acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Transactional experience both in-house and in an advisory capacity.
- A track record of experience in building relationships with founders / executives and investors.
- A strong analytical foundation combined with an intense intellectual curiosity related to technology, business strategy, and finance.
