As a Support & Success Engineer, you will act as a technical liaison for API integrators and internal stakeholders, diagnosing user-reported issues like pricing anomalies and swap errors. You will investigate EVM and SVM blockchain transactions, using tools like Tenderly and tracing tools to identify root causes.
You will develop scripts and tools in Python to reproduce issues and automate diagnostics, leveraging AI tools to analyze failing transactions and generate explanations. Responsibilities include tracking issues in Pylon, collaborating with engineering teams, and using Grafana to build dashboards and query logs.
You'll also perform data analysis using SQL, Dune, and Metabase. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of AMMs and DEXes, proficiency with blockchain debugging tools, strong coding skills, AI fluency, and a customer-centric approach. The role also offers flexible vacation time.
