Senior IT Business Partner

Scope, Impact & Accountability:

• Acts as the primary strategic technology advisor to the Managed Business unit.
• Influences multi-year roadmaps, investment prioritization, and technology portfolio decisions.
• Accountable for business value realization, adoption outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the trusted technology advisor to business leadership and related functions.
• Develop and maintain the multi-year technology roadmap for this business.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and value realization for technology demand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT business partnering, consulting, technology strategy, or transformation leadership.
• 5+ years partnering with senior business leaders and executives.

Industry & Market Experience:

• Experience supporting Managed Service Providers, broadband providers, or telecommunications organizations.
• Understanding of subscription-based and recurring revenue business models.
• Knowledge of customer acquisition, onboarding, service delivery, and retention motions.
