Finance ERP Application Owner

Role Overview:

• Join our newly established ERP Application Management organization as the operational owner of Finance ERP applications.
• Ensure stable, reliable, and efficient ERP operations supporting one of Europe's leading e-commerce businesses.
• Work closely with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants, and Developers throughout the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of application operational lifecycle, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution while owning L1/L2 operations.
• Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Finance business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proactive mindset and interest in leveraging AI and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
