About the Role:

  • Supports client project work assigned by project managers in all areas of Compensation.
  • Develops and maintains high quality materials used to deliver our Compensation consulting services to our clients.
  • Partners with compensation consultants to support client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and updates project management materials under the direction of assigned project manager(s).
  • Update Compensation process documentation and support maintenance of intellectual property.
  • Attend regular team meetings, contribute thoughts and ideas to advance the team’s goals and productivity.

Skills Needed:

  • Working understanding of compensation principles and metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to establish credibility at all levels of the organization and with clients and leaders through confident communications and actions based on integrity.
