Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly strategic and analytically driven Marketing Strategy & Analytics Lead to serve as a key advisor to Marketing leadership.
- This role focuses on delivering actionable insights, building predictive models, and developing advanced attribution frameworks that inform investment decisions.
- The ideal candidate has experience in financial services or mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic advisor to Marketing leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Develop and enhance predictive models and multi-touch attribution frameworks in collaboration with BI.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and BI to align insights with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in marketing analytics or revenue strategy.
- Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, SQL, and Python/R.
- Experience with AI/ML techniques and executive communication.
