Key Responsibilities:
- Organize approvals and ensure all conditions are marked and met.
- Ensure signed disclosures, verify loan conditions, and order necessary reports.
- Verify all conditions are met, confirm final loan terms with the client, and ensure closing is scheduled.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of wholesale account management experience required, with previous experience as an underwriter preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
