The ISS role involves:

  • Converting existing B2C leads into closed sales through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Qualifying new business leads to ensure sales readiness and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Prospecting for new B2C leads using various methods to expand the customer base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound sales calls to qualify leads and close sales over the phone.
  • Taking inbound sales calls to close sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Developing B2C and B2B sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers.
