Record Collection Specialist

As a Record Collection Specialist at Citizen Health, you will play a critical role in our mission to serve patients by obtaining and organizing medical records from healthcare providers across the country. You'll submit patient record requests, follow up persistently, upload and organize records in Salesforce, and maintain accurate documentation. This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours, but hours need to be structured during normal business hours. You’ll be trusted to manage cases, invoice payments, and external communication to providers with urgency and clarity, without hand-holding.
