Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary support for CICS TS and related OEM products, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Fulfill customer service orders and install software products according to best practices.
- Work closely with other teams to prepare partitions for OS upgrades and support disaster recovery plans.
What the Ideal Candidate Brings to this Role:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on mainframe experience with CICS TS and SMP/E.
- Strong analytical skills and thorough knowledge of CICS TS configuration and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and under pressure.
