Engineer, Endpoint (Remote Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimise the Citrix environment, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), NetScaler VPN, and application hosting solutions.
• Manage and support the Windows 365 Cloud PC platform, including provisioning, policy management, and user lifecycle.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to align endpoint solutions with organisational security standards.
