The Opportunity:

  • This is a high-impact, high-ownership role to build and lead the customer marketing function from the ground up.
  • You will shape how customers experience the product from first login to long-term advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the customer marketing function, owning the full customer lifecycle and developing programs for adoption and retention.
  • Design community strategies, manage the Customer Advisory Board, and launch groups for Enterprise executives and production accountants.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Client Operations to align initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing with experience building or scaling the function.
  • Strong command of lifecycle strategy, segmentation, journey mapping, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Experience with communication platforms, marketing automation tools, and using AI to accelerate workflows.
