Responsibilities:
- Own and improve the intercompany accounting process, including elimination entries and reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation in Oracle FCCS/EPM.
- Research and draft technical accounting memos on complex transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting or industry consolidations.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 810 and intercompany accounting.

Compensation:
- Base salary range: $130,000 - $165,000.
- Eligible for discretionary annual cash bonus and equity incentive plan.
