Serve as the right hand to the Director of Technical Accounting, driving complex US GAAP research and owning audit readiness.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure the accounting framework keeps pace with rapid business growth.
This role is remote-based on the continental US.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and execute complex US GAAP research across ASC 606, 842, 718, and 340-40, drafting technical memos.
Own audit readiness, including preparation of financial statement schedules and SOX compliance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Tax to assess accounting implications of new initiatives.

Qualifications:

6-8 years of progressive accounting experience with deep US GAAP knowledge; Big 4 experience preferred.
CPA license required; direct experience with public SEC filers and external audits.
Demonstrated experience preparing technical accounting memos and supporting SOX compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary range $131,800 - $164,800 USD plus equity.
