Essential Duties:
- Collaborate and align all relevant training with senior leadership.
- Develop and support components of the sales training program related to the promotion of the Exact Sciences oncology products.
- Organize, design, and facilitate continuing education programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales or commercial experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in oncology, or other specialty spaces within healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management and developing and delivering effective presentations.
- Experience in oncology sales, diagnostic sales, or sales training.
- Relevant certifications related to sales training, oncology, or diagnostics.
