How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead & Inspire: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Business Developers.
- Drive Growth: Build and execute strategic sales plans to expand Konovo’s footprint and exceed revenue targets.
- Expand Key Accounts: Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strategic sales leader with 10+ years in business development and sales within life sciences and healthcare intelligence.
- At least 3 years leading teams with a proven ability to coach, inspire, and elevate performance.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, adept at new business and account development.
