Your Role:

  • Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Sales, the Senior Strategic Accounts Manager will hold global responsibility for a portfolio of named strategic accounts.
  • Take ownership of expanding bit.bio’s presence across all relevant customer sites globally.
  • Elevating relationships from tactical engagements to long-term strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex, global customer relationships across multiple sites and geographies.
  • Developing and executing global account strategies that deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • Actively participation in conferences, events and customer engagements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc (Hons) in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable and proven strategic or key account management experience within Life Sciences.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from bench scientists to senior decision-makers.
