Job Description
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with senior leaders.
- Partner with Customer Experience, Solution Consulting, and Marketing teams to optimize the customer journey with Clarivate.
- Interface with key buying points and advocates, including Senior management and brand teams.
Account Management:
- Conduct whitespace analysis for assigned Accounts.
- Manage existing relationships to drive growth.
- Own the regional account strategy in conjunction with the Global Account Lead.
Sales Strategy:
- Upsell and cross-sell new services and solutions to new and existing networks.
- Lead key Regional or multi-country strategic opportunities critical to achieving account plans and regional financial goals.
- Generate proposals, plan customer meetings, and form a Clarivate team that best suits the customer's needs.
