Claims Operations Supervisor

We are seeking experienced remote Claims Operations Supervisors to support FEMA’s Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon (HPCC) Claims Office across Claims Review, Quality Control, and Appeals operations. Team Leads provide day-to-day oversight of staff, ensure compliance with FEMA policies and workflow requirements, and serve as the primary escalation point for technical and performance issues.

The Claims Operations Supervisors (Team Leads) are responsible for maintaining production standards, resolving documentation or policy questions, coordinating with FEMA leadership, and helping ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work products across the claims lifecycle. These positions require strong leadership skills, deep experience in claims/case processing, and the ability to operate in a high-tempo environment supporting survivors of the Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon fire.
