Associate Director Pharma Process

Job Description:

• You lead the strategic and operational management of the Pharma Process department, guiding a team of around 100 employees.
• You ensure end-to-end pharmaceutical processes are efficient, scalable, and fully compliant with regulations.
• You drive continuous improvement and operational excellence based on KPIs, performance data, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• You hold a completed HBO or WO degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a similar field.
• You have at least 5-7 years of managerial experience in a large operational organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch, with a good command of German.
