Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operational performance strategy across pharmacy operations.
- Achieve performance expectations related to productivity, turnaround time, and quality.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in operations, healthcare or related field; PharmD preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in frontend pharmacy processing with high-volume automated fulfillment technology.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and expertise in workflow optimization and KPI management.
