Responsibilities:
- Lead complex enterprise-wide Pharmacy Services programs from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
- Facilitate governance structures, steering committees, executive reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
