Senior Product Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Lead legal support for payments and financial services, advising product and engineering teams on innovative payment features and infrastructure.
• Manage regulatory compliance for U.S. and international frameworks, and draft complex agreements with financial partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable policies and support expansion into new jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

• Possess a J.D. and active bar membership with 8+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience in payments or fintech.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in card network rules, money transmission laws, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, a business-minded approach, and comfort working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
