Scope of Work:

- The partnership focuses primarily on executive coaching and ongoing consultation, with staff training as a reinforcing component, aiming for a multi-year engagement to advance organizational goals collaboratively.
Campus Compact
Campus Compact is a national coalition of colleges and universities committed to using higher education for public purposes and civic engagement. It operates with a fully remote workforce of about 45 staff members across the US, focusing on scaling impact and fostering a values-aligned, collaborative culture.
