Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture President/Provost/C-level relationships built on trust, developing customer champions and identifying key stakeholders.
- Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize growth and term length, including upsells for additional products and services.
- Manage KPIs and contract data in Salesforce, including customer health scores, meeting notes, and renewal commitments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with minimum 12 years of relevant professional work experience in EdTech or higher education.
- Comfort preparing and delivering formal executive business reviews to senior-level executives (AVP/VP/C-suite).
- Ability to work effectively against timelines while juggling 15-20 accounts and their needs simultaneously.
