Manager, Salesforce Data Engineering

What You’ll Do:

• Own and lead the Dual Org Sync and Data Migration workstreams for Salesforce-to-Salesforce integration and migration.
• Lead a team of engineers, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Champion the adoption of AI technologies to automate workflows and improve data quality.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years in software/data engineering, with 4+ years on Salesforce platform and 2+ years people management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Components, Flow) and enterprise ETL tools.
• Proficiency in applying AI agents and LLM-powered automation to engineering workflows.
