MCI is hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to support diverse client projects across industries. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, passionate about helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot basic technical issues, build meaningful customer relationships, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services all while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, listening to customer needs, using internal systems, following scripts and procedures, and escalating complex issues. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, fluency in English and Spanish, strong typing skills, and excellent communication abilities.
