About the Role:

  • This is a fully remote Bookkeeping Division Specialist position focused on serving veterinary hospital clients.
  • You will manage at least 10 full-service bookkeeping client relationships and deliver monthly financial reporting.
  • The role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary bookkeeping contact, responding to client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and prepare financial reporting packages by the 15th of each month.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including QBO setup and initial reconciliations.

Qualifications and Culture:
