Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service. Follow up with warm leads and provide email /chat support. Perform administrative tasks, including proofreading, research, and mailing. Handle miscellaneous tasks related to insurance agency operations. Undertake other assigned projects to contribute to team success. Maintain and update client records in agency management systems. Contribute to continuous process improvements in client service delivery.
