New Remote Therapist — LSW or LPC

Compensation & Structure:

• Paid $40 per hour for individual therapy (ages 12+) and $50 per hour for family therapy.
• Guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations to ensure time is always compensated.
• Fully remote work from anywhere in Illinois with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver teletherapy services to K–12 students within Illinois school districts.
• Collaborate with school counselors and engage in building trusted relationships with students and their families.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team discussions to support clinical work.

Qualifications & Support:

• Must hold an active LSW or LPC license in Illinois; pre-licensure applicants are not considered.
• Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care is required.
• The company provides free supervision fully covered toward full licensure and handles all billing, scheduling support, and credentialing to remove admin burden.
