Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring demands across multiple accounts and geographies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand volume hiring plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to volume hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in a global or shared services recruiting environment.
  • Background in BPO or contact center volume hiring.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting global hiring initiatives.
