Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for agent and volume hiring roles.
- Support hiring demands across multiple accounts and geographies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand volume hiring plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to volume hiring.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a global or shared services recruiting environment.
- Background in BPO or contact center volume hiring.
- Comfortable working across time zones and supporting global hiring initiatives.
